We are proud to have a team of dedicated educators, assistants and kitchen staff who are deeply committed to delivering a high-quality, child-centered learning experience. Our educational team brings a wealth of diverse experiences, cultural perspectives, and a shared passion for creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Every day, they collaborate thoughtfully to create an atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to explore and grow. Through their expertise in play-based learning, our educators create meaningful experiences that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
Our kitchen staff plays an essential role by offering nutritious meals that align with the educational programming, and by supporting educators to incorporate food and cooking explorations into the classroom. Together, our educational and kitchen staff form the heart of our program, ensuring the highest quality of care and learning for every child and family.

Together with our talented educators and kitchen staff, our management team’s shared goal is simple: to contribute to creating the best possible environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Each of us brings unique skills and experiences to the table—whether it's planning exciting new centre-wide educational initiatives, supporting our front-line staff, helping families feel at home, or solving problems behind the scene. We are dedicated to helping families and supporting staff, all while exceeding regulatory standards for quality, inclusive care.
I’m proud to be part of the team at the Early Learning Society of Kamloops. I joined this talented group in May 2021, bringing 15 years plus of experience in education and not-for-profit leadership, a background as a biologist, and two years of graduate-level business training. My role includes supporting daily operations, working with our talented staff, and collaborating with our dedicated Board of Directors to shape and implement our strategic direction.
All three of my now adult children attended Children’s Circle, and I was honoured to serve on the Board of Directors during that time. This connection fuels my dedication to creating inclusive, impactful programs that support families. I enjoy managing change, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and strengthening our services. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and exploring Sun Peaks.
Hello families! I’m Cindy Morrison, a licensed Early Childhood Educator since 1995 with a specialization in Infants and Toddlers, I’ve been proud to call the Early Learning Society of Kamloops (formerly CCDS) home since 2008. In 2022, I transitioned to a management role, bringing my passion for high-quality early learning experiences into a new chapter of supporting children, families, and educators.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two amazing grown daughters, whom I raised as a single parent on a farm—my greatest accomplishment. I have a deep love for the outdoors and wildlife, and I’m always eager to load up my dogs and explore BC’s beautiful backroads, camera in hand, capturing the wonders of nature. My spouse and I dream of retiring to a small, semi-off-grid cabin by a lake, living a self-sustaining lifestyle. Sharing this vision keeps us inspired and determined to make it a reality while we can still fully enjoy it.
Hello! I’m Sharon Grebinski, a certified Early Childhood Educator with a specialization in Infants and Toddlers. I joined the Early Learning Society of Kamloops in October 2021 and bring nearly 15 years of experience in creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can explore and express themselves freely.
I especially enjoy setting up environments that encourage messy, hands-on play, allowing children to dive into creative experiences with their whole selves. Watching children approach the world with pure wonder and curiosity is my favorite part of this work—being their partner in exploration is a joy and privilege.
After closing my daycare in Armstrong, my family moved to Kamloops in May 2021. My husband Bruce, our two amazing kids Paige and Easton, and our dachshund, John Wayne, keep life full of adventure. In our free time we are taking advantage of hunting season as well as, jet boating and enjoying time on the river in the summer. My favorite hobby is reading books and playing games with our family. Kamloops has been quite beautiful, very easy to settle into life here. I’m very excited to work with the wonderful families and children in this vibrant community!
Hello! I’m Ravneet Grewal, a Food Service Manager with a unique blend of culinary and academic expertise. My journey began with two years of culinary education at TRU, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences and now taking slow steps towards the Red Seal. Over eight years of hands-on experience in professional kitchens, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of food preparation, safety standards, and team leadership, all while celebrating my Indian heritage through authentic and innovative culinary creations.
In addition to my culinary achievements, I have pursued two years of an Associate of Science degree with a Math major which helps me in managing budgets, inventory, and operational logistics with precision.
Most recently, I have transitioned my expertise to the childcare service industry, where I oversee meal planning and food service programs tailored to the unique needs of children. With a commitment to providing nutritious, culturally inclusive meals in compliance with dietary regulations, I strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters both health and joy. By collaborating with parents and educators, I ensure individual dietary needs are met, fostering a safe and enjoyable dining experience for every child. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, paint on canvas, and experiment with new recipes.
