We are thrilled to announce Paula Milbradt as the newest member of our ELSoK Management Team! 

Paula brings over three decades of experience in early childhood education to the Early Learning Society of Kamloops (ELSoK), enriching our organization with her deep knowledge, insightful perspective, and genuine passion. 

Her cross-Canada career has spanned various roles, including Educator, Director, Supervisor, Facilitator, Inclusion Coach, and most recently, Manager. Paula's leadership is rooted in a profound respect for early childhood educators and a strong belief in the power of relationships. Her leadership style is not only highly knowledgeable but also warm and authentic, perfectly complementing ELSoK's core values.

 In her new role, Paula will manage the Sun Peaks Early Learning Centre while also contributing her expertise across the organization. She has consistently championed healthy attachment, strong senses of belonging, and the importance of connection in all her work. A lifelong learner, Paula is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of both children and Educators through ongoing professional development. Her experience as a foster parent to four boys has further shaped her commitment to acknowledging, validating, and appreciating the inherent worth of every individual.
