Kamloops Child Therapy and Family Resource Center delivered a professional development session to enhance educator skills in supporting children with exceptional needs. Through the session, educators learned behaviour modification strategies, including ABC analysis, rewards, and reverse chaining. This collaborative effort equips staff with tools to foster inclusive and supportive classrooms.
