We prioritize each child's comfort during diaper changes. With a clean and organized changing area, gentle handling, and clear communication, we involve infants in the process, respecting their needs. Through transparent documentation, we keep parents informed about their child's care. Our daily diapering routine is a reflection of our commitment to providing the highest quality of care for every child in our program.
We recognize the importance of meaningful connections in shaping infants’ socio-emotional development. Through nurturing interactions and responsive care, we prioritize the establishment of strong and secure attachments between infants and educators. These bonds serve as the cornerstone for emotional regulation, providing infants with a sense of safety and trust as they navigate their early experiences. By fostering these connections, we not only promote healthy socio-emotional development but also lay the groundwork for lifelong resilience and well-being.
